社会工作专业课程体系设置问题初探--以“学生-社会需求”为导向

摘要
当前社会工作专业课程体系设置普遍存在忽视学生需求、缺乏个性化教育、课程结构不合理及改革环境受限等问题。对其改革应以“学生-社会需求”为导向，回应本土化需求，推行个性化教育，提升社会工作专业毕业生的职业岗位能力，并积极推动课程教学方法改革。
Abstract
Ignoring the students’needs,lacking individualized education,having unreasonable curriculum structure, and being limited by the environment,these are the problems in the current construction of curriculum system in the field of social work. We should reform it by the orientation of student & society needs,response the localization needs,carry out individualized education,promote the professional -position ability of social work graduates,and promote the reform of the teaching method actively.
