摘要
介绍城轨车辆中的一种新型受电弓接线头,分析其结构特点和技术要求,提出一种新的加工工艺及关键的温挤压模具设计方案.实际应用表明,该设计方案可保证零件的成形质量及生产使用要求,对类似零件的模具设计与制造具有一定的参考作用.
Abstract
This paper introduces a new type of pantograph connector in urban rail vehicles,analyzes its structur-al characteristics and technical requirements,and puts forward a new processing scheme and key design of warm extrusion dies.The practical applications have shown that this processing method can guarantee the forming quality and production requirements of the parts,and has a certain reference value for the design and manufacturing of molds for similar parts.
