Empirical Study on Stakeholders'Satisfaction under Industry-Education Integration in Higher Vocational Colleges
The integration of industry and education is the basic feature and the top advantage of modern vocational education.This paper investigates the development of the integration of industry and education in S college,and discusses the current situation of the integration of industry and education and the factors influencing the satisfaction from the perspectives of the three stakeholder groups,namely,students,enterprises and higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the countermeasures for deepening the integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges.Firstly,colleges should adhere to the original intention and serve the demand side of students'high-quality employment or further study.Secondly,colleges should cooperate with enterprises for the long term and serve the demand side of enterprises'human resources and innovative development.Thirdly,colleges should seize the opportunities and improve the adaptability of vocational education to become the supply side of high-level vocational education.Solving the problem of poor matching between the supply side of talent cultivation and the demand side of industry to achieve win-win situation among three parties is the key to succeeding in the integration of industry and education.
