摘要
结合职业院校师范生的特点,基于职业院校师范生教学能力现状,分析职业院校师范生教学能力提升的必要性,提出基于"微研究"的教学能力提升策略.以"除数是整数的小数除法"为例,通过实践探索,探讨"微研究"提升职业院校师范生教学能力的实施路径.
Abstract
By investigating the current situation of teaching ability of normal students in vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the necessity of improving teaching ability of normal students in vocational colleges,and proposes the strategies of improving teaching ability based on"micro-study".Through practical exploration,it also discusses the implementation path for improving teaching ability of normal students in vocational colleges based on"micro-study".
