摘要

随着"三教"改革的逐步推进,结合物联网专业特色与发展情况,剖析物联网专业改革的模式及过程,革新人才培养模式,改革专业建设.选择当地企业项目作为主线,将其划分为多个子任务模块,对应不同学期的课程,由两位教师协同育人,激发学生潜力.以调查问卷的形式进行横向对比,并采用t检验,研究差异的显著性.结果显示,在就业匹配度、专业岗位和个人素养能力提升三方面有着显著差异,这表明专业建设教改为后续的人才培养模式探索与改进提供了可行的途径.

Abstract

With the gradual advancement of the three-teaching reform,this paper analyzes the model and pro-cess of the reform of the Internet of Things major by combining with the characteristics and development of the Internet of Things major,and reforms the talent training model and the professional construction.This paper se-lects the project of local enterprises as the main line and divides it into multiple sub-task modules,which corre-sponds to the courses of different semesters.Then the two teachers collaborate to educate students and stimulate their potential.It conducts a horizontal comparison by questionnaire,and uses the t test to study the significance of the difference.It is found that there are significant differences in employment matching,professional positions and personal quality improvement,which shows that the reform of the professional construction provides a feasi-ble way for the subsequent exploration and improvement of talent training models.
