人工智能背景下高职院校酒店管理专业发展探究

2023年，以ChatGPT为代表的人工智能对各行各业的发展与运营模式带来巨大影响，酒店管理作为一种服务产业，正在且必将受到AI技术变革带来的影响，高职院校酒店管理专业的教学模式随人工智能技术的更新及酒店产业模式变革而不断地更新发展，以适应市场的需求，分析高职院校酒店管理专业发展存在的问题和原因，提出高职院校酒店管理专业发展与教学实践策略。
Study on the Development of the Hotel Management Major in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Artificial Intelligence
In 2023,artificial intelligence represented by ChatGPT has brought about great influence to the development and operation mode of all walks of life.Hotel management,as a service industry,is and will be affected by the technological change of AI.With the renewal of artificial intelligence technology and the change of hotel industry model,the teaching mode of hotel management major in higher vocational colleges is updated constantly to meet the needs of the market.This paper analyzes the problems in the development of hotel management major in higher vocational colleges and the reasons,and puts forward the strategies for development and teaching practice of hotel management major in higher vocational colleges.
