摘要
近几年来,档案资源的价值以及档案工作的功能得到了广泛的承认,但由于各种突发事件频繁发生,使得档案资源的价值和档案工作的功能不断遭到破坏.档案应急预案的建立,就是在这种情况下成为防范、化解和处置风险的一种必要手段.只有建立一套科学有效的档案应急工作方案,才能最大限度地减少突发事件的危害,保持档案事业的稳定发展.
Abstract
In recent years,the value of archival resources and the function of archival work have been widely recognized.However,due to the frequent occurrence of various emergencies,the value of archival resources and the function of archival work are constantly destroyed.In this case,the establishment of the archives emergency plans becomes a necessary means to prevent,resolve and deal with risks.It is necessary to establish a set of scientific and effective archival emergency plans to minimize the harm of emergencies and maintain the stable development of archives.
