经管类专业人才培养中课程思政建设探究

立德树人是教育的根本任务，立德树人的成效是检验高校一切工作的根本标准。在新时代背景下，课程思政对经管类专业人才培养具有重要的意义。面对经管类专业人才培养中存在的教师教学方法陈旧、课程思政体系不完善等问题，亟须加强队伍建设，提升教师思政水平;深化课程目标，推动理论"本土化";创新教学方式，拓宽课程思政实现渠道。
Exploration on the Ideological and Political Education Through all Curricula in Cultivating Talents of Economics and Management Majors
Cultivating virtues is the fundamental task of education,and its effect is the basic standard for testing all the work of colleges and universities.In the new era,ideological and political education through all curricula is of great significance to cultivating talents of economics and management majors.This paper analyzes the prob-lems existing in the talent training of economics and management majors such as outdated teaching methods and imperfect system of ideological and political education through all curricula,and puts forward some suggestions in the respects of fostering a strong workforce of teachers and improving the teachers'level of ideological and political education,deepening the curriculum objectives and promoting the localization of ideological and politi-cal theories,and innovating teaching methods and broadening the channels for ideological and political educa-tion through all curricula.
