基于工匠精神培育的高职思政教育改革创新

摘要
新时代高职院校加强工匠精神培育,是履行立德树人使命的需要,是推动经济转型升级的需要,是践行社会主义核心价值观的需要,也是促进学生个人成长的需要.从高职思政教育培育工匠精神的价值维度出发,结合高职思政教育培育工匠精神的现实困境,提出高职院校思政教育开展工匠精神培育的实施路径.
Abstract
To strengthen the cultivation of craftsmanship in higher vocational colleges in the new era is the need to fulfill the mission of cultivating virtues,promote economic transformation and upgrading,practice the core socialist values,and promote students'personal growth.Starting with the value dimension of cultivating craftsmanship in ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyses the dilemma of cultivating craftsmanship in ideological and political education,and puts forward the implementation path of cultivating craftsmanship in ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.
