全面推进乡村振兴背景下农民工返乡创业与乡村振兴联动机制研究综述

摘要
对农民工返乡创业和乡村振兴相关文献进行梳理,从农民工返乡创业的意义、创业动机、创业者特性和影响因素归纳出农民工返乡创业有助于乡村振兴的人才、资源、产业的集聚;从消除贫困、城乡融合和产生创业机会等方面分析乡村振兴对农民工返乡创业的拉动作用;对农民工返乡创业和乡村振兴的联动意义、联动机制和实现路径进行分析,为探索二者深层次联系机制提供研究基础.
Abstract
This paper reviews the literature on migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses and rural revitalization.Then,it concludes that migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship can contribute to the agglomeration of talents,resources and industries for rural revitalization from the aspects of the significance,motivation,characteristics and influencing factors of migrant workers returning home to start their business.It analyzes the driving effect of rural revitalization on migrant workers returning home to start their businesses from the aspects of eliminating poverty,integrating urban and rural areas and creating entrepreneurial opportunities.And it also analyzes the linkage significance,linkage mechanism and realization path of migrant workers returning to their hometown for entrepreneurship and rural revitalization to provide the research foundation for exploring the deep linkage mechanism of the two.
