Research on the Strategies for Scientific Data Services in the Library of Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Data Lifecycle
Scientific data management and services are the foundation of modern scientific research and sustainable development.In the new environment of scientific research paradigm and E-science,scientific data management and services are given new meanings and content.This paper reviews the different descriptions of the concepts related to scientific data by scholars and institutions at home and abroad,analyzes the characteristics of scientific data management and services at each stage of the lifecycle of scientific data in the new era,and expounds the practice of scientific data development in the library of colleges and universities at home and abroad on the basis of assimilating advanced technologies and experiences in international scientific data management and under its guide.It also points out that it is necessary to expand the scope of scientific data research in the library of colleges and universities under the guidance of macro policies,enrich scientific data services in the library of domestic colleges and universities by following the lifecycle of scientific data,and give play to the leading effect of scientific data management and application in"Double First-class"key universities,forming the features of scientific data management and services with Chinese characteristics to promote the progress of domestic scientific research and social development.
