The short message reminder service for"political birthday"of party members is an innovative way of Party building under the information environment,which not only reflects the political care of Party organiza-tions for Party members,but also helps to strengthen the sense of pride,honor and belonging of Party members and arouse the enthusiasm of Party members for entrepreneur.Taking the reminder system for the"political birthday"of Party members in Luohe vocational and technical college as an example,this paper shares the main ideas and core codes of the system development from two aspects of technology selection and the design and im-plementation of the system based on ASP.NET to provide reference for the development of similar systems in other colleges.
