Study on the Docking of Teaching Standards and Professional Post Standards in Higher Vocational Education—Taking the E-commerce Major as an Example
Taking the construction of a skill-based society as the background and the E-Commerce major in Luohe vocational and technical college as the research object,this paper analyzes the current situation of the docking of the teaching standards of the e-commerce major and the standards of professional posts,and summa-rizes the main problems in the docking practice.Then it explores the reasons that hinder effective docking and build a set of popular and replicable implementation path models to link up the teaching standards of the e-com-merce major and the vocational post standards,which is designed to promote the high-quality development of talent training of e-commerce majors,highlight the leading and exemplary role of high-level e-commerce clus-ters in Henan province,and cultivate more high-quality technical personnel and skilled craftsmen to promote ef-fectively the construction of a skill-based society.
