摘要
漯河是河南省的一座重要的农业城市,其经济的主要部分是农业产出.然而,该市农产品流通的规模效率和技术效率均处于较低水平,导致整体物流效率发展水平不高.为了提高农产品物流业的总体产值,需要大量的资源投入,但这些资源并没有得到充分的利用.因此,需要从建设冷链物流体系、信息化建设、优化物流网络、推动绿色物流、加强市场监管、政策支持与人才培养等六个方面提出具体措施,提升漯河市农产品流通效率.
Abstract
Luohe city is an important agricultural city in Henan province,with agriculture being a main part of its economy.However,the scale and technological efficiency of agricultural products circulation in Luohe are at a lower level,leading to low overall logistics efficiency.To improve the overall output value of the agricultural product logistics industry,a lot of resources are needed,which have not been fully utilized.Therefore,it is necessary to propose specific measures from six aspects of building cold chain logistics system,information construction,optimizing the logistics network,promoting green logistics,strengthening market supervision,policy support,and personnel training to enhance the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in Luohe city.
