增值评价在应用型高校音乐专业教学中的实践方式研究

近年来,国家教育部门提出应用型高校的建设,旨在进一步促进高等教育与社会需求相结合.为了培养音乐艺术人才的舞台实践应用能力,在具体的教学改革过程中应革新当前的评价机制,采用具有创新性的增值评价机制,使评价由此前的保守单一转变为横纵双向交互、多元覆盖、人性化调配;应注重学生综合实践能力的培养,在整个教学过程中体现评价机制的渗透,从而完成应用型高校的教育目标,培养适应社会需求的应用型人才.
In recent years,the Ministry of Education has proposed the construction of applied universities to fur-ther promote the integration of higher education with social needs,and cultivate the stage practice and applica-tion abilities of music and art talents.Therefore,in the process of teaching reform,it is proposed to innovate the current evaluation mechanism and adopt innovative value-added evaluation mechanisms to transform the evaluation from conservative and single evaluation system to horizontal and vertical two-way,diverse and hu-manized one.It is necessary to focus on cultivating comprehensive practical abilities of students in the evalua-tion mechanisms of the teaching process,so as to achieve the goals of applied universities and create a healthi-er,more positive,and high-quality educational platform.
