As knowledge treasure,libraries have abundant book resources and provide diverse services.Smart li-braries are characteristic of resource digitization,business intelligence,librarian wisdom and management clus-terization,the core of which is to provide smart services to users.This paper analyzes the problems of functional positioning,construction path,technical framework and librarian capabilities existing in smart libraries,and pro-poses the strategies for smart libraries to better serve users.
