Study on the Generation Path to the Endogenous Motivation for Professional Development of Rural Preschool Teachers from the Perspective of Self-determination Theory
This paper studies the generation path to the internal motivation for professional development of rural preschool teachers from the perspective of self-determination theory.There are some problems in the profession-al development of rural preschool teachers,such as weak awareness,negative attitudes and slack behaviors,and the main reason is the imbalance of internal and external motivation.Therefore,from the perspective of self-de-termination theory,this paper puts forward the path to promoting the generation of endogenous motivation for the professional development of rural preschool teachers,including providing an environment for independent sup-port,personalized incentive strate-gies,and teachers'self-motivation orientation.
