Study on the Current Situation and Mechanism of Precise Distribution of Network Culture in Higher Vocational Colleges
The wide application of the Internet has become the main channel for people to obtain information,and the development of new network technology also makes the network news achieve instant dissemination.However,the spread of network culture also faces some problems to be solved.In recent years,colleges and universities have paid more and more attention to network culture.Taking 13 higher vocational colleges in Wuxi as the research object,the paper deeply studies and analyzes the current situation of precise distribution of network culture in colleges and universities from the perspective of personnel allocation,incentive mechanism and the management of students'network behaviors.It also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in the aspects of importance,team construction,incentive and evaluation mechanism and network public opinion management system to provide useful reference for the precise distribution of network culture in higher vocational colleges.
