摘要

人工智能技术的发展为教育教学改革带来全新思路,在提高教育质量、增强实际应用能力以及培养适应未来需求的人才方面具有独特的优势.深入探讨人工智能如何赋能高职院校学前教育专业人才的培养,提出结合实际需求、持续更新教育理念、强调伦理和人文关怀的原则,以及制定面向未来的课程发展规划、融合实践教学与人工智能模拟、加强产学研用结合、建立终身学习与职业发展支持体系等策略,培养学前教育人才.

Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence technology brings brand-new ideas for the reform of education and teaching,which has unique advantages in improving the quality of education,enhancing practical application ability and training talents to meet future needs.This paper deeply discusses how artificial intelligence can empower the training of talents majoring in preschool education in higher vocational colleges and promote the sustainable development of preschool education.It also puts forward the principles of combining actual demands,continuously updating educational concepts and emphasizing ethics and humanistic care,as well as strategies of formulating future-oriented curriculum development plans,integrating practice teaching with artificial intelligence simulation,strengthening the combination of industry-university-research,and establishing the support system for lifelong learning and career development to promote the cultivation of preschool education talents.
