摘要

高职院校临床医学专业以培养面向乡村、社区医疗卫生机构的全科医师和乡村医生为主要目标,通过深入分析高职院校临床医学专业实践教学课程设置,聚焦医学人才培养的关键环节,提出遵循医学教育规律、加强课程模式改革的顶层设计方案,基于人才培养定位、全方位优化实践教学课程设置,坚持质量优先、强化课程设置的保障措施,突出"双师"素养、加强专兼结合的师资队伍建设,重视信息技术应用、建好校内实验实训基地,加强医教协同、完善临床教学基地建设的策略.

Abstract

The main goal of medical vocational colleges is to cultivate general practitioners and rural doctors for rural and community medical and healthcare institutions.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the current situation of the curriculum design of practical teaching in clinical medicine major in domestic medical vocational colleges,the paper focuses on the key links of medical talent cultivation,and puts forwards the strategies in the five respects of strengthening the top-level design of the reform of curriculum models by following the laws of medical education,optimizing the curriculum design of practical teaching from all aspects based on the orientation of talent cultivation,adhering to giving priority to the quality and strengthening the guarantee measures of curriculum design,attaching importance to the application of information technology and building the experimental and practical training base on campus,and improving the construction of clinical teaching bases by strengthening the collaboration between hospitals and colleges.
