From the perspective of symbolic interaction theory,the movie Johnny Keep Walking!shows the unique symbolic representation of the workplace in a large company.The protagonist Hu Jianlin experiences the multiple identity roles on the basis of self-interaction,forms his view on the workplace ecology in the process of social interaction with employees around and the workplace environment,realizes his role identity as a fitter,and finally returns to a suitable factory environment.The movie depicts the workplace ecology through self-inter-action and social interaction in the workplace,conveys multiple interpretations of the workplace environment in large companies from a more micro perspective.
