摘要
党的十八大以来,中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,使得各行各业都面临着全新的风险与挑战,特别是档案管理这一特殊的重要工作,更是出现了许多未知的风险因素和亟待解决的问题.针对新时代档案管理遇到的一些问题,从提高档案人员信息技术水平、及时更新档案管理各项制度、科学规范档案管理方式、精准档案分类、拓展档案管理空间、提高档案管理检索效率、保证档案数据安全、定期培训档案管理工作人员八个方面进行了相应的分析研究.
Abstract
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and all walks of life are facing brand-new risks and challenges,especially there are many unknown risk factors and urgent problems to be solved in the special and important archives management.This paper analyzes the problems in archives management and puts forward the countermeasures from eight aspects of improving the level of information technology of archival management personnel,updating the system of archival management in time,scientifically standardizing the mode of archival management,accurately classifying archives,expanding the scope of archives management,improving the retrieval efficiency of archival management,ensuring the security of archives data,and regularly training archival management staff.
