创优提质目标下行政管理专业课程思政建设路径——以铁岭开放大学为例

新时代,课程思政改革是全国高校实现立德树人根本任务的重要举措,是一项长期系统的工程,开放大学也不例外。目前,开放大学行政管理专业面临课程思政教学的融合意识不强、资源挖掘力度不够、协调机制不畅等现实困境,因此促进课程思政改革、探寻新的育人路径至关重要。应创优提质目标要求,可从以下几方面迈出实践步伐:强化融合意识、深入挖掘思政资源、打造专业师资队伍、创新"虚+实"载体形式、建立可行性评价机制,走出开放大学独具特色的高质量发展之路。
The Path to the Construction of Ideological and Political Education Through all Curricula in Administrative Management Majors under the Target of Creating Excellence and Improving Quality—Taking Tieling Open University as an Example
In the new era,the reform of ideological and political education through all curricula is an important measure for colleges and universities across the country to achieve the fundamental task of cultivating morality,which is a long-term and systematic project,and open universities are no exception.At present,there are some realistic difficulties in the administrative management majors in open universities,such as weak consciousness of integration of ideological and political education and the curriculum teaching,insufficient mining of teaching resources and poor coordination mechanism,etc.Therefore,it is crucial to promote the reform of ideological and political education through all curricula and explore new paths to cultivating people.In response to the requirements of the strategy of creating excellence and improving quality,practical steps can be taken from the aspects of strengthening the awareness of integration,deeply exploring resources of ideological and political education,building a professional teaching staff,innovating the"virtual+real"carrier,and establishing a feasibility evaluation mechanism to pave the way for the unique and high-quality development of open universities.
