摘要
针对压力仪表弹簧管设计中存在的理论计算误差大、实验费用昂贵和研制周期长等问题,本研究基于ANSYS技术开发了一种新的覆盖常用参数的弹簧管优化设计系统.经过生产实践证明,该系统有效解决了传统设计方法中过分依赖经验和误差较大等缺陷,降低了生产制造成本和产品开发周期,优化后参数完全达到了弹簧管优化设计的技术要求,同时也为ANSYS软件的工程设计二次开发提供了新的方法.
Abstract
In view of the problems of big theoretical calculation errors,high experimental cost and long develop-ment period in the design of the spring tube of pressure instruments,a new optimization design system for spring tubes covering common parameters is developed based on ANSYS technology.The production practice proves that the system effectively solves the defects of traditional design methods such as over-reliance on expe-rience and big error,and reduces the production cost and development cycle.The optimized parameters fully meet the technical requirements of optimization design of spring tubes,and provides a new way for the secondary devel-opment of the engineering design of ANSYS software.
