融合多元文化的高职院校思政课教学策略研究

摘要
高职院校思想政治理论课程中多元文化视角的融合,对于探索文化多样性对思政教育的深远影响具有重要意义.通过创新性的理论构建和实证研究,可以揭示多元文化视角是如何丰富思政课程内容的,以提升教学效果,培养学生的跨文化素养.研究发现,将多元文化元素融入思政教学的各个环节,能显著增强课程的吸引力和实效性.这一研究方向为高职院校思政课程改革提供了新的思路,对培养具有全球视野的高素质技能型人才具有重要意义.
Abstract
The multicultural integration into ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational colleges is of great significance for exploring the far-reaching influence of cultural diversity on ideological and political education.By constructing innovative theory and doing empirical study,this paper reveals how the multicultural perspective can enrich the content of ideological and political courses so as to enhance teaching effects and culti-vate students'cross-cultural competence.It is found that integrating multi-cultural elements into all aspects of ideological and political teaching can significantly enhance its attraction and effectiveness,which can provide new ideas for the reform of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges and be of great signifi-cance for cultivating high-quality skilled talents with a global perspective.
