大学生"慢就业":一般特征、群体差异及影响因素——基于漯河市职业院校学生的实证分析

摘要
基于漯河市职业院校学生对"慢就业"态度的调查数据进行实证分析,发现大学生对"慢就业"的看法整体比较包容,就业态度不够积极;校内社团活动经历、校外社会实践经历和专业课程学习与专业性质,都对就业态度有显著影响,而且影响作用依次递减.因此,高校应强化实践教学,设计并实施个性化的就业指导服务,以提高大学生的就业积极性,促进高质量充分就业.
Abstract
Based on the empirical analysis of the survey of college students'attitudes towards"delayed employ-ment"in higher vocational colleges in Luohe,it is found that college students have a relatively tolerant attitude towards"delayed employment",that their attitudes towards employment is not positive,and that activities in campus clubs,social practices,majors and professional curricula have a significant impact on the employment attitudes of college students,which is decreasing in turn.Therefore,it is necessary for colleges and universities to strengthen practical teaching,design and implement personalized services for employment guidance to en-hance college students'enthusiasm for employment and promote high-quality and full employment.
