面对人口老龄化的挑战,地方法人银行亟须通过数字化转型来满足老年人群的特定金融需求.通过案例分析、比较研究和数据分析等方法,探讨数字化转型如何加强养老金融服务,并提出一系列策略,包括加强线下服务网络与社区的联动、投资关键数字技术、建立专业的数字化团队以及提升员工的数字技能.研究强调,明确的战略目标、合理的执行路径规划以及有效的监控机制对于策略实施至关重要.这些措施将有助于地方法人银行提供更加个性化和便捷的养老金融服务,提升老年客户的忠诚度,并在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出.文章的研究成果不仅为地方法人银行提供了实践的指导,也对整个银行业务的发展和社会养老金融需求的满足具有深远的影响.
Abstract
Faced with the challenge of aging population,it is necessary for local corporated banks to meet the specific financial needs of the elderly through digital transformation.Through case studies,comparative studies and data analysis,this paper discusses how digital transformation can enhance financial services for the elder-ly,and proposes a series of strategies,including strengthening the linkage between offline service networks and communities,investing in key digital technologies,building professional digital teams,and upgrading digital skills of employees,which will help local corporated banks to provide more personalized and convenient pen-sion financial services,enhance the loyalty of elderly customers,and stand out in a competitive market.It also emphasizes that clear strategic objectives,reasonable execution path planning and effective monitoring mecha-nism are essential for implementing strategies.The research results not only provide practical guidance for local corporated banks,but also have a far-reaching impact on the development of the banking business and the satis-faction of needs for social pension finance.
