从党建与业务相脱节导致协同育人机制不够完善、部门之间沟通不畅导致协同育人资源不够充足、社会发展速度快导致协同育人时代适应性不强三个角度探析学习型党组织建设与思政教育协同发力的必要性,通过聚焦战略高度加强顶层设计、形成教育合力整合共享资源、构建工作体系创新教育方法、完善育人体系强化实践教育等多领域、多变量探析学习型党组织建设与思政教育协同育人的有效路径.
Abstract
This paper analyses the existing problems in collaborative education between the building of learning Party organizations and ideological and political education in colleges and universities,such as incomplete col-laborative education mechanisms caused by the disconnection between Party building and work,insufficient col-laborative education resources caused by poor communication between departments,and weak adaptability of col-laborative education due to the rapid social development,and explores the necessity of collaborative efforts be-tween the building of learning Party organizations and ideological and political education.It explores the effec-tive paths of collaborative education between the building of learning Party organizations and ideological and po-litical education in multiple fields and variables in the aspects of focusing on strategic heights to strengthen top-level design,working collaboratively to integrate shared resources,constructing the working system to inno-vate educational methods,and improving the educational system to strengthen practical education.
