Study on the Training Mode of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents of New Engineering in Local Colleges and Universities under the Background of Artificial Intelligence
The paper analyzes the existing problems in the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in local colleges and universities,such as out-dated development concept,the overall facilities and the mode of training talents,the unreasonable allocation of the teaching staff,lack of funds investment,and campus ecologi-cal environment and quality of students to be improved.It puts forward the strategies of constructing the new model for the cultivation of new engineering talents under the background of artificial intelligence to meet the re-quirements of the era of artificial intelligence and the development of new productivity in the aspects of chan-ging their concepts,setting up new engineering majors that adapt to the social and economic development accor-ding to their own characteristics and advantages and the industrial advantages of the region,establishing a reaso-nable curriculum system of the new engineering,training teachers,and ensuring capital investment.
