On the Modern Evolution of Science and Technology Legal Ethics in the Context of Artificial Intelligence
The development of artificial intelligence has changed the institutional foundation and historical background of legal ethics,making it necessary to reflect and abstract legal technology ethics in modern scenarios.This requires the examination of the ethical and historical views on the development of technology and law,and a reexamination of the historical changes in legal and ethical views,as well as modem thinking,to refine the ethical concepts of technology and law that conform to the characteristics of the modern era.The use of machines and the development of artificial intelligence have made the legal ethics of science and technology clearly phased,which can be divided into three stages:the pre-machine era,the industrial revolution stage,and the era of strong artificial intelligence.In the era of artificial intelligence,the values upheld by traditional technological legal ethics and social reality have undergone qualitative changes,and it is necessary to reconstruct the institutional foundation and value consensus of technological legal ethics based on modem cognition.Therefore,it is necessary to reflect on the representation and attributes of modern scientific and technological legal ethics on the basis of integrity,and achieve the transformation and reconstruction of the boundaries between physics and humans,the relationship between citizens,society,and law,as well as the legal ethics system in the context of artificial intelligence.
