挤压工艺对冷锻用6061合金棒材组织的影响

本文采用热挤压、冷锻造及高低倍观察等方式研究了合金成分、挤压温度及挤压速度对冷锻毛坯组织的影响.结果表明:合金中添加Cr和Mn合金元素能显著改善挤出棒材的内部晶粒组织形貌;采用高温高速的挤压工艺可以使低Cr和Mn合金挤出棒材整个截面呈完全细晶状态,满足了冷锻工艺对原材料品质的需求,同时也大幅提升了挤压生产效率,是最经济、有效的工业化生产方案.
Effect of extrusion process on microstructure of 6061 alloy bar for cold forging
In this paper,the effects of alloy composition,extrusion temperature and extrusion speed on the microstructure of cold forging bar were studied by hot extrusion,cold forging and microstructure observation.The results show that the addition of Cr and Mn alloy elements can significantly improve the grain morphology of extruded bars.Using high-temperature and high-speed extru-sion process,the whole section of low Cr and Mn alloy extruded bar can be completely fine-grained.It meets the requirement of raw material quality in cold forging process,and at the same time,it can greatly improve the extrusion production efficiency.It is the most economical and effective industrial production scheme.
