Study on solid-liquid cast&rolling compound simulation of 1xxx/7xxx series aluminum alloy
Combined with the equipment and technical parameters of two-roll vertical casting and rolling mill,a variable parameter orthogonal simulation study has been carried out by the method of fluid-solid coupling,revealing the effects of casting temperature and casting speed of 1×××aluminum liquid on the temperature and flow fields in the casting and rolling composite zone.The results show that the optimum casting and rolling parameters range is casting temperature at 670~690℃and casting and rolling speed at 12~13 m/min,the higher the casting temperature and the faster the casting and rolling speed,the more likely the leakage will occur,and otherwise the nip would occur easily.
