Analysis on the defect cause of color difference of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu series aluminum alloy thick plate section and craft improvement
The defect of color difference on the section of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu series aluminum alloy thick plate was found during anod-ic oxidation,qualitative analysis of defect was performed by testing equipment,such as the microscope,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Brinell hardness tester and oxide film tester and so on.The basic reason of color difference was determined,and the effect of different rolling process on recrystallization structure of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu series aluminum alloy thick plate was studied.The results show that:the fundamental cause of color difference defect of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu series thick plate is related to the uneven distribution of recrystallization structure in the whole section;the color difference of the thickness section can be effectively improved by accurate-ly controlling the rolling process,and obtaining products that meet the requirements.
