The effect of finished product annealing heating rate on the properties of medium and high voltage electronic aluminum foil
The finished product of medium and high voltage electronic aluminum foil for aluminium electrolytic capacitor was an-nealed at different annealing heating rates, and its grain size, cubic texture content and distribution were analyzed by EBSD technology and etch pit method. The results showed that the average grain size of electronic aluminum foil decreases with the increase of heating rate;when the heating rate is 10℃/min,the average grain size is the smallest;the proportion of small angle grain boundaries increases with the increase of annealing heating rate;the occupancy rate of cubic texture shows a trend of increasing firstly and decreasing later with the increase of heating rate;the occupancy rate of cubic texture obtained at 8℃/min is the highest, and the number of square corrosion pits obtained from cubic texture corrosion on the corroded foil is large and evenly distributed. The research results provide theoretical guidance for the design of actual production processes and the improvement of product performance and quality.
