Reasons and countermeasures for surface delaminating of hot rolled 5182 aluminum alloy tank car material
During the production of 5182 aluminum alloy tank car materials,the surface of some products appeared hot rolling delami-nating defects,and the scrap loss was large.It is found that the hot rolling delaminating of 5182 aluminum alloy tank car is caused by poor ingot quality,and there is a large amount of aluminum magnesium oxide slag inclusion in local area.In view of this,during melting and casting,the refining effect in the furnace should be strengthened,and the online filtration accuracy should be improved,and the hot rolling of the newly produced 5182 aluminum alloy ingot has no problems,ensuring the stable supply of 5182 aluminum alloy tank car products.
