稳定化处理和Cu元素含量对罐盖用5182铝合金板材β相分布的影响

摘要
研究了两种Cu元素含量的罐盖用5182铝合金成品板材经不同温度稳定化处理后的β相分布情况.结果表明:(1)当稳定化温度低于120℃时,两种板材均有大量β相沿晶界和剪切带连续析出;当稳定化温度为160℃时,两种板材β相连续析出现象显著减少;当稳定化温度高于160℃时,随稳定化温度的升高,β相连续析出现象逐渐减少;当稳定化温度为220℃时,β相分布最均匀,无明显连续析出现象,推测此时材料的抗应力腐蚀断裂敏感性最佳.(2)Cu元素质量分数为0.1%的5182板材比Cu元素质量分数为0.06%的5182板材β相析出更少,分布更均匀.
Abstract
The βphase distribution of 5182 aluminum alloy sheets with two kinds of Cu content after different temperature stabiliza-tion treatmentw was studied.The results show that:(1)When the stabilization temperature is lower than 120℃,a large amount of β phase is continuously precipitated along the grain boundary and shear zone of both kinds of sheets;When the stabilization temperature is 160℃,the continuous precipitation of βphase of the two sheets is significantly reduced;When the stabilization temperature is high-er than 160℃,the continuous precipitation of βphase gradually decreases with the increase of stabilization temperature;When the sta-bilization temperature is 220℃,the βphase distribution is the most uniform,and there is no obvious continuous precipitation phe-nomenon,which suggests that the fracture sensitivity of the material against stress corrosion is the best.(2)The 5182 sheets with 0.1%copper mass fraction has less βphase precipitation and more uniform distribution than the 5182 sheets with 0.06%copper mass fraction.
