摘要

6061T6铝合金材料用途广泛,市场对该合金硬度要求越来越高,实际生产急需攻克此难关.本次研究认为:材料硬度与淬火方式密切相关,离线淬火优于在线淬火;当挤压机出口距离淬火区域较远时,材料淬火转移时间较长,固溶体过饱和度降低,导致材料表面硬度偏低;表面粗晶是导致材料表面硬度偏低的次要原因.通过550℃高温固溶热处理能获得超高硬度的6061T6铝材,标准推荐的529℃可作为普通硬度材料的固溶温度.

Abstract

6061T6 aluminium alloy material is widely used,and the market has higher and higher requirements for the hardness of the alloy,so the factory needs to overcome this difficulty.We found that the hardness of the material is closely related to the quenching method,and off-line quenching is better than online quenching.When the extruder outlet is far from the quenching area,the quenching transfer time is longer,and the supersaturation of the solid solution is reduced,resulting in low surface hardness.The coarse crystal on the surface is the secondary cause of the low surface hardness.High hardness 6061T6 aluminium can be obtained by 550℃high temperature solution heat treatment,and the standard recommended 529℃can be used as the solution heat treatment tempera-ture of ordinary hardness 6061T6 aluminium.
