傅里叶变换红外光谱法测定轧制油羟值含量

铝合金轧制生产中需要工艺润滑,轧制油的羟值是衡量润滑性能的重要指标.及时检测轧制油羟值的含量变化情况,可为轧制生产控制提供依据.羟值的测定一般采用化学方法,但化学方法检测时间长、操作繁琐.利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)法能够快速、准确地测定轧制油羟值含量.该方法的精密度高,相对标准偏差为0.18%;准确度高,相对误差均在±1%以内.与传统化学方法相比,该技术具有分析时间短、操作简单、特征性好和不破坏试样等特点,可满足及时指导工艺的需求,提高工作效率.
Determination of Hydroxyl Value Content in Rolling Oil by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy
Process lubrication is needed in aluminium alloy rolling production,and the hydroxyl value of rolling oil is an important in-dex to measure the lubrication performance.Timely detection of hydroxyl content change in rolling oil can provide basis for rolling production control.The determination of hydroxyl value is generally done by chemical method,but the determination time is long and the operation is complicated.The content of hydroxyl value in rolling oil can be determined quickly and accurately by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The precision of this method is good,the relative standard deviation is 0.18%;the accuracy is high,and the relative error is less than±1%.Compared with the traditional chemical method,the technique has the characteristics of short analysis time,simple operation,good characteristics,no damage to the sample,etc.,which can meet the needs of timely guidance process and improve work efficiency.
