Effect of Annealing Temperature on Microstructure and Properties of Liquid-Solid Cast-Rolled 1070A/7075 Composite Plate
The effect of annealing temperature on the microstructure and properties of liquid-solid cast-rolling 1070A/7075 compos-ite sheet was studied by means of metallographic microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive spectrome-ter(EDS),tensile and shear tests. The results show that with the increasing of annealing temperature, continuous ribbon structure be-gins to appear on one side of the 7075 solid substrate, the tensile strength and yield strength decrease, the elongation increases, and the shear strength increases. When the annealing temperature is 400℃,the diffusion distance and shear strength of elements reach the maximum values, which are 37 μm and 114.3 MPa,respectively.
