退火温度对液-固铸轧1070A/7075复合板组织与性能的影响

通过金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)等检测设备以及拉伸和剪切等试验方法,研究了退火温度对液-固铸轧1070A/7075复合板材组织与性能的影响.结果表明:随着退火温度的不断提高,复合板材界面7075固态基板一侧开始出现连续的带状结构组织,抗拉强度与屈服强度不断下降,延伸率不断增加,剪切强度不断增大.当退火温度为400℃时,元素扩散距离与剪切强度均达到最大值,分别为37 μm与114.3 MPa.
Effect of Annealing Temperature on Microstructure and Properties of Liquid-Solid Cast-Rolled 1070A/7075 Composite Plate
The effect of annealing temperature on the microstructure and properties of liquid-solid cast-rolling 1070A/7075 compos-ite sheet was studied by means of metallographic microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive spectrome-ter(EDS),tensile and shear tests.The results show that with the increasing of annealing temperature,continuous ribbon structure be-gins to appear on one side of the 7075 solid substrate,the tensile strength and yield strength decrease,the elongation increases,and the shear strength increases.When the annealing temperature is 400℃,the diffusion distance and shear strength of elements reach the maximum values,which are 37 μm and 114.3 MPa,respectively.
