热处理工艺对6061铝合金力学性能和晶间腐蚀性能的影响

采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDS)和常温万能拉伸试验机等观察检测手段,针对经过不同的固溶热处理和时效(T6)处理的锻造6061铝合金,观察并分析在不同处理条件下合金的显微组织、力学性能和晶间腐蚀性能.结果表明:在不同的固溶热处理制度下,500℃×2 h固溶热处理时合金的综合力学性能最佳,组织内溶质元素固溶完全且晶粒细小未发生再结晶;继而研究不同时效工艺对合金力学性能和晶间腐蚀性能的影响,发现在500℃×2 h+210℃×4 h时合金的抗拉强度可达到364 MPa,延伸率为15.1%,且晶间腐蚀性能较好.
Effect of Heat Treatment on Mechanical Properties and Intergranular Corrosion Property of 6061 Aluminium Alloy
Optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive analysis(EDS)and universal tensile test-ing machine at room temperature were used to observe and analyze the microstructure,mechanical properties and intergranular corro-sion propert of 6061 forged aluminium alloy after different solution heat treatment and ageing treatment(T6).The results show that at different solution heat treatment systems,the mechanical properties at 500℃×2 h are the best,the solute elements are dissolved com-pletely and the grains are fine without recrystallization.Then the effects of different ageing processes on mechanical properties and in-tergranular corrosion property of the alloy were studied.It is found that the tensile strength of the alloy reaches 364 MPa and the elon-gation is 15.1%at 500℃×2 h+210℃×4 h,and the intergranular corrosion property is good.
