Cause Analysis and Control of Strip Imprint on Aluminium Profile Surface
The strip imprints on aluminium profile surface are generally divided into scratch imprint,belt imprint,spacer imprint,wa-termark,chrome imprint,etc.Direct powder spraying or spray painting cannot completely cover the coating,resulting in poor surface quality of the product.The reasons for the above imprints were traced and classified,and methods such as replacing the damaged belt of the cooling bed,adjusting the pre-treatment process,increasing the baking temperature,extending the baking time,and optimizing the spacer strip were used,which thoroughly solved the rework scrap caused by batch imprinting,improved the product surface quali-ty,saved production costs,and provided reference for peers.
