Exploring the Connection Technology of Lightweight Materials
With the intensification of global climate change and energy crisis,the automotive industry is facing enormous challenges in energy conservation and emission reduction.Lightweight automobiles have become an important way to address issues such as energy efficiency,range,and environmental impact.Lightweight connection technology can effectively assist in the lightweighting of automo-biles and has become a key innovation direction in the field of automotive design and manufacturing.The connection process of light-weight materials,including mechanical connection,welding,and bonding technologies,were comprehensively analyzed.And their ap-plication status,technological advantages,existing problems,and potential improvement directions in the field of automotive light-weighting were explored.Targeted optimization strategies have been proposed to address the limitations of existing technologies,such as cost control,material adaptability,and connection quality control,in order to provide reference for related research on lightweight connection process of automobiles.
