固态基板表面硬化层对液-固铸轧1070A/7075复合板组织与性能影响研究

采用钎焊金刚石碗磨片、钢丝刷和百叶片3种不同材料对7075铝合金基板进行打磨,制备了具有不同表面加工硬化层状态的7075铝合金基板,之后采用液-固铸轧的方式制备出1070A/7075铝合金复合板,探究了不同打磨方式下加工硬化层状态对1070A/7075铝合金复合板组织与性能的影响.研究结果表明:3种机械打磨方式下复合板硬化层厚度情况分别为百叶片(45 μm)>钢丝刷(25 μm)>钎焊金刚石碗磨片(15 μm),固态基板经钎焊金刚石碗磨片打磨处理后的1070A/7075铝合金复合板元素扩散距离为7.5 μm,结合强度为55.2 MPa.
Study on the Influence of Surface Hardened Layer of Solid Substrate on the Structure and Properties of Liquid-Solid Cast-Rolled 1070A/7075 Composite Sheet
Three different materials including brazing diamond bowl grinding disc,steel wire brushing and louver blades were used to polish 7075 aluminium alloy substrates,and the 7075 aluminium alloy substrates with different surface work-hardened layer states were prepared.Then liquid-solid casting and rolling was used to prepare 1070A/7075 aluminium alloy composite sheets.The effect of the work-hardened layer state on the structure and properties of 1070A/7075 aluminium alloy composite sheets under different grinding methods was explored.The results show that the thickness of the hardened layer of the composite sheet under the three mechanical grinding methods is louver blades(45 μm)>steel wire brush(25 μm)>brazed diamond bowl grinding disc(15 μm),and the diffu-sion distance of the elements of the 1070A/7075 aluminium alloy composite sheet with solid substrate processed by the brazed dia-mond bowl grinding disc is 7.5 μm,and the bonding strength is 55.2 MPa.
