Cu含量对Al-Cu-Mg-Ag合金力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的影响

Cu元素是Al-Cu-Mg-Ag合金的主要合金元素之一,对合金性能有重要影响.采用Cu元素质量分数分别为3.08%、3.39%、3.93%的3种Al-Cu-Mg-Ag合金,通过金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、常温拉伸力学性能测试和晶间腐蚀试验、电化学试验研究了Cu含量对合金的显微组织、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的影响.试验结果表明:随着Cu含量增加,铸态Al-Cu-Mg-Ag合金的晶粒尺寸逐渐减小,T8态处理的合金的屈服强度和抗拉强度提高,延伸率略有下降,合金中Ω相的数量增加;随着Cu含量增加,合金耐腐蚀性能先提升后下降,w(Cu)=3.39%的合金耐腐蚀性能相对较好.
Effect of Cu Content on Mechanical Properties and Corrosion Resistance of Al-Cu-Mg-Ag Alloy
Cu is one of the main alloying elements of Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloy,which has an important effect on the properties of the al-loy.Three Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloys with Cu mass fraction of 3.08%,3.39%and 3.93%were prepared.The effects of Cu content on the microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the alloy were investigated by metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope,tensile mechanical properties test at room temperature,intergranular corrosion test and electrochemical test.The results show that the grain size of as-cast Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloy decreases with the increase of Cu content,the yield strength and tensile strength of the alloy treated with T8 increase,the elongation decreases slightly,and the number of Ωphases in the alloy increases.With the increase of Cu content,the corrosion resistance of the alloy with Cu mass fraction of 3.39%increases first and then decreases.The corrosion resistance of the alloy with Cu mass fraction of 3.39%is relatively good.
