摘要
随着科技创新成为推动经济发展的关键因素,企业亟须构建与之匹配的科研文化.深入分析在科技创新驱动背景下企业科研文化建设的作用,通过对企业科研文化建设的现状进行分析,揭示了其在机制建立、科研管理、资源配置、氛围营造等方面存在的不足.在此基础上,从企业科研价值观和目标、科研保障和支持机制、科研文化氛围、科研文化的传承和创新4个方面提出了一套科研文化建设的路径框架,为企业实现可持续发展提供实践参考.

Abstact:As scientific and technological innovation has become a key factor to promote economic development,it is urgent for enter-prises to build a matching scientific research culture.This paper deeply analyzed the role of enterprise scientific research culture con-struction under scientific and technological innovation driving background,and revealed its shortcomings in mechanism establishment,scientific research management,resource allocation and atmosphere construction through the analysis of the current situation of enter-prise scientific research culture construction.On this basis,a set of path and framework for the construction of scientific research cul-ture was put forward from four aspects:values and objectives of scientific research,scientific research guarantee and support mecha-nism,scientific research culture atmosphere,and the inheritance and innovation of scientific research culture,so as to provide practical reference for enterprises to realize sustainable development.
