钇对6082铝合金均匀化退火工艺下组织和性能的影响研究

摘要
采用双辊铸轧法制备了未添加钇的6082铝合金与钇元素质量分数为0.35%的6082铝合金铸轧板,结合金相显微镜、扫描电镜等设备研究了均匀化退火过程中钇对6082铸轧板材组织和性能的影响.结果表明:添加钇可以加快6082铸轧板均匀化退火进程,将最佳均匀化退火时间由12h缩短至10 h;此外,钇可以促进第二相在基体中弥散析出,提高了6082铸轧板均匀化退火后的综合性能.与未添加钇的6082铸轧板材相比,加钇的板材的屈服强度、抗拉强度和延伸率分别提高9.5%、23.8%和21.8%.
Abstract
Cast-rolled sheets of 6082 aluminium alloy without yttrium and 6082 aluminium alloy containing yttrium with a mass frac-tion of 0.35%were prepared by twin-roll casting.The effects of yttrium on the microstructure and properties of 6082 cast-rolled sheets during diffusion annealing were studied by means of metallographic observation and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the addition of yttrium can accelerate the homogenization process of 6082 cast-rolled sheets and shorten the optimum ho-mogenization time from 12 h to 10 h.In addition,yttrium can promote the dispersion of the second phase in the matrix,and improve the comprehensive performance of 6082 cast-rolled sheets after diffusion annealing.Compared with 6082 cast-rolled sheets without yttrium addition,the yield strength,tensile strength and elongation of sheets with yttrium addition are increased by 9.5%,23.8%and 21.8%,respectively.
