主要说明了中高压电子铝箔立方织构含量的几种测定方法,如取向成像法、极图法、反极图法、取向分布函数法、蚀坑法、亮晶度法,简单介绍了它们的原理,并讨论了优缺点.结果是取向成像法、极图法、反极图法、取向分布函数法适合在科研机构和高校中使用,蚀坑法、亮晶度法适合在企业生产中使用.
Abstract
Several methods for the determination of the cubic texture content in medium and high voltage electronic aluminium foils were described,such as orientation imaging method,pole figure method,inverse pole figure method,orientation distribution function method,etch pit method and luminosity method.The principles were briefly introduced and the advantages and disadvantages were discussed.The results show that the orientation imaging method,pole figure method,inverse pole figure method and orientation distri-bution function method are suitable for scientific research institutes and universities,and the etch pit and luminosity method are suit-able for enterprises.
