摘要

介绍了铝型材挤压模具材料的性能特点.提出了一种常温下在挤压模上镶嵌硬质合金的方法.描述了这种镶嵌方法的原理,即采用斜面配合与补偿的镶嵌结构,并利用斜面结构具有自动补偿和自锁的特点.叙述了硬质合金镶嵌结构的设计参数,并对传统的模具和硬质合金模具的使用结果进行了比较.结果表明,这种镶嵌硬质合金后的新型模具是值得复制和推广的,可供同行参考.

Abstract

The properties and characteristics of aluminium extrusion die materials were introduced.A method of inlaying cemented carbide on extrusion die at room temperature was presented.The principle of this inlay method was described,which adopted a slant-ed matching and compensational inlay structure,utilizing the characteristics of automatic compensation and self-locking of the slanted structure.The design parameters for implementing cemented carbide inlay structures were described,and the results of using traditional die and cemented carbide die were compared.The results show that this new type of die inlayed with cemented carbide is worth repli-cating and promoting,and can be used as a reference for peers.
