摘要

通过分析产品化学成分、维氏硬度、金相组织,进行SEM形貌观察和EDS成分分析,探究了6013铝合金产品表面线纹、异色缺陷的成因.结果表明,线纹缺陷主要是含Fe化合物及铝钛硼细化剂夹杂经挤压拉伸形成的条带状缺陷,异色缺陷主要由产品中Si、Mn、Mg元素成分及热处理工艺差异导致.故在产品生产中,需注意控制原材料Fe元素,合理使用细化剂并选择适当的热处理工艺,可进一步优化产品表面质量,保证产品表面质量的稳定.

Abstract

By analyzing the chemical composition,Vickers hardness,metallographic structure,SEM morphology and EDS composition of 6013 aluminium alloy,the causes of surface line pattern and colour difference defects were investigated.The results show that the line pattern is mainly strip defects formed by extrusion and stretching of Fe-containing compounds and aluminium,titanium and bo-ron refiners.And the colour difference is mainly caused by the difference of Si,Mn and Mg elements in the products and heat treat-ment process.Therefore,in the actual production,attention should be paid to the control of raw material Fe element,the reasonable use of refiners and the selection of appropriate heat treatment process,which can further optimize the surface quality of products and ensure the stability of product surface quality.
