综述了热成形工艺在汽车轻量化领域中的研究与应用进展.热成形工艺通过将高强钢板加热至奥氏体状态后快速冲压成形,并迅速冷却以形成高强马氏体结构,有效提高零件强度并减少材料使用量.研究探讨了热成形钢种的力学性能、工艺特点、模具设计、生产效率及成形后回弹等问题,探讨了铝合金在热成形过程中的塑性流动行为,晶粒异常长大(AGG)现象的成因及其控制方法.通过精确控制化学成分和优化热成形工艺,显著提升了汽车安全性能和轻量化水平.随着技术的不断进步,热成形工艺在铝合金材料的应用上展现出巨大的潜力,有望为汽车工业的可持续发展做出更大贡献.
Research Progress on Hot Forming Process
This article reviews the research progress of hot forming process in the field of automotive lightweight.The hot forming process involves heating high-strength steel plates to an austenitized state,rapidly stamping them,and then rapidly cooling them to form a high-strength martensitic structure,effectively improving the strength of the parts and reducing material usage.The study ex-plores the mechanical properties,process characteristics,mold design,production efficiency,and post forming rebound issues of hot formed steel grades.The plastic flow behavior and the causes and control methods of abnormal grain growth(AGG)phenomenon in aluminium alloy during hot forming were discussed.By precisely controlling the chemical composition and optimizing the heat form-ing process,the safety performance and lightweight level of automobiles have been significantly improved.With the continuous ad-vancement of technology,hot forming technology has shown great potential in the applicotion of aluminium auoy materals and is ex-pected to make greater contributions to the sustainable development of the automotive industry.
